Our suppliers are pioneers of the Farm Direct Movement, meticulously sourcing the best coffee available while developing long term, mutual fruitful relationships with coffee growers in more than 11 countries. We work with and invest in farmers who are committed to sustainable practices. Our coffee beans are always fresh, imported directly from the farm and roasted on-site.
Roasting
We use vintage probat and gothot roasters, allowing full manual control over the process and giving our roasters the ability to monitor and adjust every stage of flavor development through the roasting process. Maintaining the consistency of our blends and expressing the distinct nuances of our seasonal single origins is the core of our approach.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Facts
Olive oil is oil that has been extracted from olives, the fruits of the olive tree. The production process is incredibly simple. Olives can be pressed to extract their oil, but modern methods involve crushing the olives, mixing them together and then separating the oil from the pulp in a centrifuge. After centrifugation, small amounts of oil remain in the pomace. The leftover oil can be extracted using chemical solvents and is known as olive pomace oil.
